Deere Sells Its Wind Energy Business To Exelon
Deere & Company (NYSE: DE) today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to sell John Deere Renewables, LLC, its wind energy business, to Exelon Generation Company, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Exelon Corporation.
