Registration, Education and Tour Fees

Advance Registration Deadline is December 10, 2010.
Onsite fees below apply to any registrant beginning December 11, 2010.
Individuals participating in any of the activities listed below are required to purchase a Show Badge.

Media Registration

Members of the Media should register as media to attend AG CONNECT Expo.

Multiple Registrants

The registration site allows a group contact to register multiple attendees within one record. Each attendee within the record will require a unique email address and basic demographics. Choose “Register Another” from the Registration Summary screen to pre-populate company information in all additional records. If your group is 25 people or more please contact Dana at dwuesthoff@agconnect.com to discuss possible alternatives for group registration.

Age Limits

Registrants 18 years or older must pay the Show Badge fee. Registration for children under 18 years is complimentary; however, children must register due to security concerns and be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Substitutions

Substitutions are allowed for all registration fees. Any substitutions after December 27th, 2010 will be processed onsite.

Express Badge Pick-Up

You will receive a bar-coded confirmation via email when your registration is complete. Present the confirmation e-mail along with a government issued photo ID at any Express Badge Pick-up counter located in Building B on Level One (Exhibit Hall) to obtain badge, badge holder and session tickets, if applicable.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Show Badge/Entrance to Exhibits: Cancellation is non-refundable and all sales are final.

Education Sessions and Preview Day: All cancellation requests must be received in writing. Requests postmarked on or before December 10th, 2010 will be charged a $5.00 processing fee and no refunds will be made after this date.

Tour(s): Cancellation is non-refundable and all sales are final.
